Accolade to invest €21.3m in new industrial park in Goleniow

Accolade, an international commercial real estate investor, will add 28,800 sqm of modern warehouse space at Panattoni Park Szczecin Airport in Goleniow. The value of the investment is estimated at €21.3m, and the first tenant of the new space will be Bosch. Construction is already underway. The first phase will be completed in the first quarter of 2021. The developer of the project is Panattoni Europe. The Goleniow project is part of Accolade’s expansion in the region. The company has continuously invested in Panattoni Park Szczecin, which currently has an area of more than 183,000 sqm.
