Dor Pluricomprest, the company that owns the Deva Mall in Hunedoara County put up for sale several years ago, went bankrupt after the project did not find a new owner in several rounds of auctions.

"Deva Mall was not sold. An attempt on capitalization of the commercial complex within the procedure of judicial reorganization of the owner Dor Pluricomprest was made, a procedure that extended during the period April 2016 - October 2020. The starting price of the auctions was RON 21.2 million without VAT ", says Roxana Derscaru , the representative of the company Expert Insolvenţă, the administrator of the owner. In about two months, the mall would be put up for sale again, at a price set according to a new evaluation.
