CCC: Adam Holewa, Igor Matus and Kryspin Derejczyk appointed as vice-presidents

The supervisory board of CCC appointed three new vice-presidents of the board: Adam Holewa, Igor Matus and Kryspin Derejczyk, the company said.

The transformation to date and ambitious development plans imply the need to strengthen the management board in the field of supply chain management, corporate governance and financial management, it was underlined.

"At its meeting on March 29, 2021, the Supervisory Board adopted the following resolutions:

1) on increasing the number of members of the management board of the current term of office to 6 persons;

2) on appointment to the management board:

- Mr. Adam Holewy as vice-president of the management board as of April 1, 2021;

- Mr. Igor Matus as vice-president of the management board as of June 7, 2021;

- Mr. Kryspin Derejczyk as vice-president of the management board as of July 1, 2021 "- we read in the release.

Adam Holewa has over 23 years of professional experience in the field of strategic management, including networks of subsidiaries. He led teams at General Motors, Volkswagen Group (in branches in Germany and Poland), where in recent years he has held the position of Managing Director of SITECH. In the CCC Group, as the vice-president of the management board for operational matters and corporate governance, he will be responsible for conducting strategic projects, supervising the Group's expansion and subsidiaries.

Igor Matus has over 16 years of experience in the field of management and development of organizations, which he gained in such companies as Kraft, Nestle, Cadbury Wedel or Beiersdorf, where for the last years he was the president of the management board and general director. Igor Matus specializes in supply chain management. As the vice president of supply chain management, he will be responsible for overseeing logistics and the supply chain throughout the CCC Group, in terms of all sales channels and formats.

Kryspin Derejczyk joined the CCC Group at the beginning of this year, taking the position of managing director responsible for controlling and financial analytics. At the beginning of July, he will take the position of vice-president for finance and accounting, responsible for controlling, finance, taxes and accounting in the CCC Group, as well as for the Shared Services Center.

The CCC Group is the leader of the Polish footwear retail market and one of the largest manufacturers of footwear in Poland. The company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2004. Its consolidated sales revenues amounted to PLN 5,844.7 million in 2019.
