Given the strength of Poland’s economy, it’s fitting that the Central European giant is taking center stage at MIPIM 2010
Whether or not Reed Midem, the organizer of MIPIM exhibition, made its decision before it became clear that Poland will be the EU’s only economy to end 2009 with growth, the timing couldn’t be better. Poland will be this year’s MIPIM’s “guest of honor” and Polish institutions, cities, regions, as well as property companies will all come to exhibit and participate, basking in the sunshine of 1.7 percent GDP growth that the Polish government unveiled in late January.
