A new office project in the Slovak capital aims to bring true class A to the city, according to the developer. Going any other way is false economy says the companys MD.
Construction is underway on Park One, an office scheme in downtown Bratislava, by Budapest-based developer Convergence Capital. Located on Kollarovo square, the building stands alone, making it easier to put together an efficient scheme. Convergence's managing director Alan Vincent says the glass building will provide a contrast to the stone and brick that dominates the rest of the square.
