A closely watched storm is about to hit Zagreb. The onslaught of office supply comes as no surprise, but it will be a learning experience for landlords used to occupying the drivers seat.
Seasoned observers of Zagreb's office market saw it coming a couple years ago, but the scale of what's about to happen in the Croatian capital is still unprecedented. Currently the city offers roughly 300,000 sqm of modern office stock; the development pipeline is bulging however with around the same volume. Just to make it a bit more exciting, up to 200,000 sqm of this new space could come online by the end of the year. It's a safe assumption that the cozy 5 percent vacancy rate...
