A closely watched storm is about to hit Zagreb. The onslaught of office supply comes as no surprise, but it will be a learning experience for landlords used to occupying the drivers seat.
Seasoned observers of Zagreb's office market saw it coming a couple years ago, but the scale of what's about to happen in the Croatian capital is still unprecedented. Currently the city offers roughly 300,000 sqm of modern office stock; the development pipeline is bulging however with around the same volume.
