A resurgent residential sector is breathing new life into Poland’s land market with growth expected through next year
With Poland’s housing developers running out of projects they can put in their pipelines, transactions on the country’s land market jumped last year, both in terms of size and volume of deals currently closing on the market. At the end of the first half of the year, land transactions had jumped an impressive 115 percent year-on-year, totaling nearly €650m.
