The affordable residential developer says the current boom will start cooling off during 2018
The general contractor Łucz-Bud has begun construction of the second phase of Przystanek Praga, a project by the developer Victoria Dom, in the Warsaw district of Praga. Completion is expected in the last quarter of 2018 of the 185 units which will be divided between two buildings. Prices start at 6,390 zl per square meter.
