Penta Investments is prioritizing speed of sales in Bory over getting the highest possible price
At the beginning of the year, Penta Investments began construction of Byvanie Bory, the residential component of its vast development in the Bory area at the edge of Bratislava. In this first tranche of residential construction, a total of 340 mid-market flats will be built, and sales for the first 170 units are moving rapidly, with more than 70 percent already spoken for.
