Industrial stock in warsaw’s three zones totaled 3.1 million sqm at the end of 2016, according to Colliers International and Advisory Group TEST Human Resources.
Zone I, totaling almost 570,000 sqm, is centered mainly in the city’s former industrial areas (Ursus and Żerań) and around Chopin Airport.
