In first three months of the year, 10,000 sqm of new retail space were delivered to Poland, according to Colliers International.
At the end of March, the country’s modern retail stock totaled 11.2 million sqm, with more than 550,000 sqm of new retail space under construction, 55 percent of which is expected to hit the market between April and December. The largest retail projects currently under construction include: Galeria Młociny (70,000 sqm), Wroclavia (64,000 sqm), Galeria Północna in Warsaw (64,000 sqm) and Forum Gdańsk (62,000 sqm), according to Colliers.
