The developer is ramping up delivery of new residential unitsin former industrial sites just as the market seems to be peaking
Riding the cresting wave of the booming residential market, Doron Klein is doing what any developer probably could not have imagined two or three years ago: building nearly 700 apartments in one go. Of the 257 flats in the Tulipa City project in Prague 9, scheduled for completion in 2018, more than 220 have been already sold. And in another of its schemes, Tulipa Třebešínin Prague 3, virtually all of the 183 flats in the first phase are sold while half of the 250 flats in phase two are also gone...
