A new shopping mall in Berlin will target not only local residents but is set to exploit a busy transportation and tourist hub
Construction is underway on a new shopping mall on the east bank of the Spree in Berlin, with the 24,800 sqm center due to open at the end of 2018. The scheme, which is being developed by FREO Group and RFR Holding, will offer 120 stores and has been dubbed East Side Mall. An additional 2,770 sqm will be built to hold a Fit X fitness studio along with 4,700 sqm of storage and parking for 760 cars.
