One of Romania’s most consistently successful developers, AFI Europe, has big plans for the Transylvanian city of Brasov. “We’ve been looking at this site for many years, but we were only able to purchase it about two years ago,” said David Hay, CEO of AFI Europe Romania. “Since then, the project has been designed, preleased and now we have begun to build it.”
