Echo Investment will be launching large-scale residential rental schemes
Echo Investment sold 1,427 apartments in 2017, up 54 percent from the previous year. The developer delivered 1,006 apartments to customers in the 12-month period, representing more than 120-percent growth. The 2017 results outpaced early estimates which forecasted 1,300 apartments sold and 925 apartments delivered to customers.
