Together with a Hong Kong-based private investment fund, Wigan Associates has acquired the K6 office building in Budapest, located at the junction of Kossuth Lajos Street and Károly Boulevard in
District 5. The 1,480 sqm building, which underwent a major renovation in 2006, is currently occupied by Skyscanner and by the Hungarian travel agency Utazom.com.
