You’ve been expanding your portfolio as quickly as possible. How are you using the increased leverage you have?
We have 120 million people visit our shopping centers per year. That’s every Pole three times per year and we now have 40 percent of the catchment of Poland within a 30 minute drive time.
That gives us some leverage, so you end up having slightly different conversations with retailers. But it’s always more of a partnership with them.
