Jaromir Hainc helped create Prague's Metropolitan plan and he helped save it when it came under political attack. Now it's time to pass it
CIJ: In 2016, the Metropolitan plan was in chaos. The head of the plan had been fired and no one knew what the next step would be. Today, almost unbelievably, a completed proposal for the plan is nearing the end of the approval process. Are we right look at it in a positive light?
Hainc: Definitely yes. Even for myself it seems a kind of miracle. I think we have to take it positively because it showed that the ideas that are in the plan are ideas that everyone can agree on. It means development...
