Construction Work on the BERLITA Project Successfully Continues

In the past several months, work on the foundation piles of the BERLITA apartment building finished and foundation concrete is currently being poured. The casting of the foundation slab is scheduled for the second half of January. The project’s exclusive agent is the Svoboda & Williams real estate agency.

The BERLITA residential project is emerging in a peaceful part of Beroun that borders the historic center on one side and the confluence of the Berounka and Litavka rivers on the other. The apartment building will consist of two connected wings that together will offer 61 studio to three-bedroom units. The highest floor is reserved for generously apportioned rooftop penthouses.

The BERLITA residential project is scheduled to be completed in Q2 2022. The developer of the project is VENUS INVESTMENT GROUP.
