Doru Lionăchescu, currently chairman of the board of BT Capital Partners, has partnered with the founders of One United, Victor Căpitanu and Andrei Diaconescu, in an investment company that will have at its disposal several tens of millions of euros for companies with great growth potential.

"It is a return to entrepreneurship after six years since we sold Capital Partners to Banca Transilvania. We come on the market with the intention to acquire participations in local companies from various fields, non-real estate, with which to grow, to put to work expertise and capital," said Doru Lionăchescu.

The investment company will have at its disposal several tens of millions of euros from the founders' own money, but the possibility of increasing the capital by attracting other sources of financing is not excluded.

Sectors such as the provision of specialized medical services, agribusiness, retail and value-added food production, IT companies that have their own IP products - intellectual property -, cosmetics or luxury brands, food brands or cultural retail brands are of interest.
