Dva Domy attracts buyers, more than 50 percent sold

The joint investment of the Bishopric of Hradec Králové and the development company Karlín Group in the construction costs of the multifunctional building Dva Domy in Prague's Karlín amounts to CZK 530 million. In total, more than 50 percent of the 112 apartments offered have already been sold. Occupants will be able to move into the apartments after the completion of construction in the summer of 2022. The financial partner of the project is Raiffeisenbank a.s.

In addition to 112 apartments, there are plans for services and shops located on the lower floor facing Křižíkova Street. Parking and other facilities of the building will be located in underground garages.
