During a meeting with Poland’s president Bronisław Komorowski held on Thursday, Polish ambassador Leszek Szerepka said he hopes to return to Belerus as soon as possible, along with other EU ambassadors. “ It must be said, that I have not been expelled from Belerus,” he said. “I was asked to go to Poland for consultations. This is a completely different level of diplomatic relations," Szerepka explained. The 20th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Poland and Belerus is to be held on Friday, he pointed out. “I really hope that the next period will be much better than the one that has passed”, he added.
