Martinsa Fadesa assets worth €56.7m hit Spanish market

Martinsa Fadesa’s bankruptcy administrators have put a batch of assets on the Spanish market up for sale for a combined price of €56.7m. The assets include plots, homes as well as developments under construction and are located mainly in Madrid, Valencia, Málaga and Fuerteventura. The largest asset, the Atalaya Dorada plot located in the municipality of La Oliva, is on sale for €32m. Bids must be submitted by Jan. 20. The liquidation of Martinsa Fadesa should be completed this year, according to market sources.
