Catella acquires resi assets in Spain worth €24m

Catella acquired two residential properties located in Madrid’s Pinto Tenería neighborhood. The assets include two twin buildings with a total floor area of 18,092 sqm, distributed over 216 apartments, 216 parking spaces and 216 storerooms. The occupancy rate of the buildings is currently at 93 percent. The investments were acquired on behalf of one of Catella’s residential funds, Catella Wohnen Europa. In Spain, Catella offers both corporate finance and investment management within the property sector.
