UK property prices have dropped by 0.9% since the end of January and the current average home price is now at £220,000. Property prices have been relatively stable since the last monthly decline observed in August, 2016 and more declines are predicted for 2017 due to a slowdown in the UK market. Housing shortage may prevent property prices from dropping low and could see the demand for property rise.
