In Cannes last night, Ghelamco capped off a string of successes by winning the MIPIM Awards "Best Office & Business Development" prize with its flagship project Warsaw Spire. The developer has won numerous other awards in recent months for the 109,000 sqm business center for its combination of spectacular design and the creation of an attractive urban environment around it. The judges praised the way the project "has radically changed the shape of Warsaw's business city centre and has become a great commercial success." The projects architects were Jaspers-Eyers Architects, Projekt Polsko-Belgijska Pracownia Architektury, Massive Design and Wirtz International Landscape Architects.
