Bratislava airport among top 10 in Eastern Europe

The M.R. Štefánik airport in Bratislava ranks among the top 10 best airports in Eastern Europe, according to the poll results of World Airport Awards by Skytrax. Approximately 13.82 million passengers representing 105 nationalities took part in the poll between July 2016 and February 2017. A total of 550 airports around the world were evaluated based on their check-in procedures, arrivals and departures, shopping opportunities, security and passport control.
