Virako to develop 23,400 sqm of office in Łódź

Virako is planning to transform the historic Monopol Wódczany vodka distillery site in Łódź into an office scheme. In addition to offices, Monopolis will include services and cultural amenities as well as a wide range of restaurants. The investment will offer a total of 23,400 sqm of office in the site’s historic M1 building as well as two new builds, M2 and M3. Construction is scheduled to get underway in the second half of the year.
