The loan is for a period of 10 years. The building will offer 27,000 sqm of space and is going up on the eastern side of the city’s Corvin Quarter. Completion of the first phase of the building is scheduled for 2018. The investment already secured BREEAM Very Good certification for the planning phase as well as Well Building certification.
