Futureal Group breaks ground on Corvin 5

Futureal Group started construction on the Corvin 5 office building in Budapest. The developer secured a €45m loan from Erste Bank to help cover the project’s estimated €90m costs. The loan is for a period of 10 years. The building will offer 27,000 sqm of space and is going up on the eastern side of the city’s Corvin Quarter. Completion of the first phase of the building is scheduled for 2018. The investment already secured BREEAM Very Good certification for the planning phase as well as Well Building certification.
