ECE to build congress hotel in Hamburg

ECE Projektmanagement is set to build a congress hotel in Hamburg. The hotel, which will be located in the city’s Elbbrücken district, will offer 500 rooms and a conference hall for 1,300 guests. ECE will partner with HSP Hamburg Invest on the project. Completion is scheduled for 2021. Florian Sauer, managing director of OTI development and leasing at ECE, hopes, that the project will strengthen Hamburg's overall reputation as a congress location. The requirements regarding the project’s size and features were coordinated with the Hamburg Economic Development Agency and Hamburg Messe und Congress.
