State-owned heat provider Bratislavská teplárenská (BAT) sold six out of the nine properties it put up for auction. The revenue from the sale reached €3.289m, according to Trend.sk, adding that the company had hoped to earn €10.8m. The petrol station on Bajkalská street attracted the strongest interest with 280 bids and was sold for €516,000, five times the listed price. The 5 ha Areál Teplárne III site along Vajnorská street, which features a hall designed by the architect Dušan Jurkovič, fetched €1.94m, the highest price at the auction.
