Schroder Real Estate acquires Hornbach property in Braunschweig

Schroder Real Estate Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH has acquired a property leased to Hornbach in Braunschweig, central Germany. The purchase price was approximately €30m. The seller is M7 Real Estate. The property, located in the retail area of southern Braunschweig, was built in 2004. The scheme offers a total leasable area of 18,000 sqm. The property also features 500 parking spots.
