Mundial secures building permit for Meisterstück Berlin resi project

Mundial AG secured a building permit for its Meisterstück Berlin residential project. Mundial is planning to renovate two villas located at Altensteinstrasse in Berlin’s Dahlem district. The project will features 17 units, ranging from 175 to 335 sqm of space. The villas, named Altenstein and Haus Reichenstein, are located close to the city’s botanical garden. The project was designed by architect Ninous Tatari and interior designer Sibel Huhn.
