Patrizia Immobilien has acquired a German retail portfolio from a London-based international real estate fund for approximately €205m. The off-market-transaction was part of a combined share and asset deal. The portfolio includes 66 properties in economically attractive and stable regions, totaling around 140,000 sqm of space.
