Patrizia acquires German retail portfolio for €205m

Patrizia Immobilien has acquired a German retail portfolio from a London-based international real estate fund for approximately €205m. The off-market-transaction was part of a combined share and asset deal. The portfolio includes 66 properties in economically attractive and stable regions, totaling around 140,000 sqm of space. The transaction features food discount chains and supermarkets, leased to retailers like Edeka and Netto.
