Patrizia acquires Triuva

Patrizia Immobilien has acquired Triuva Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH. Both parties agreed to not disclose the purchase price. Triuva is a real estate investment provider and manages around 40 funds and partners with more than 80 institutional investors across 15 European locations. The Frankfurt-based company focuses on commercial real estate in the office, retail and logistics sectors as well as infrastructure. Triuva currently manages real estate assets valued around €9.8bn. The acquisition increases Patrizia’s assets under management by about 50 percent to more than €30bn.
