Catella acquires 215 resi units in Germany, Netherlands

Catella Residential Investment Management, acting on behalf of Catella Wohnen Europa investment fund, has acquired 215 residential units in Lübeck, Germany, and Den Bosch, the Netherlands. The investment volume totaled €27.2m. The property located in the St. Lorenz Nord district of Lübeck offers 149 residential units and 7,336 sqm of space in total. The residential complex in Den Bosch offers 3,700 sqm of space and features 66 apartments and 61 outside parking spaces.
