Patrizia Immobilien has acquired a fully leased care home project, scheduled to break ground in Bad Camberg, Germany, early next year. The seller was a subsidiary of K&S Group. The acquisition is part of the Patrizia Pflege-Invest Deutschland I fund’s strategy to invest €500m into the care home sector. The development has been pre-leased to Cura Sana, a care home operator, on a 25-year lease. Completion is scheduled for 2019. The new facility, to go up between Bad Camberg’s train station and old town center, will feature 102 rooms as well as 15-day care places.
