Round Hill acquires four resi assets in Berlin

Round Hill Capital has completed the acquisition of four residential properties in Berlin’s Kreuzberg district. The portfolio includes 43 units. The acquisition is in line with Round Hill’s goal of acquiring residential properties in 15 leading greater metropolitan areas in Germany. Round Hill Capital is one of Europe’s leading accommodation investment management specialists, with more than 56,000 units currently under management across Europe.
