LaSalle acquired a prime-core building in Bonn. The property, located at Friedensplatz 1, was acquired on behalf of a club of German institutional investors. The property features 16,000 sqm of retail and office space. “The club deal was structured for new clients of LaSalle: German Public Pension Funds and German Foundations. The investment meets our clients’ investment objectives and provides attractive risk-adjusted return for the long-term,” said Rene Hoepfner, head of client capital group for Germany, Switzerland and Austria at LaSalle Investment Management. LaSalle was advised by BNP, the Mayer Brown law firm and GSK.
