Hamborner Reit adds German retail centers to portfolio

Hamborner Reit has added retail centers in Passau, Cologne, Bonn and Düsseldorf to its portfolio. Ownership of the Neustift Center in Passau was transferred to Hamborner in December. The purchase price for the 4,300 sqm property was €14.9m. Ownership of retail centres in Cologne, Bonn and Düsseldorf were transferred to Hamborner in January. The properties are leased to EDEKA on a long-term contract. The purchase price of the properties amounted to €43.7m.
