Eisenberger Real Estate acquires 14 apartment buildings in Hildesheim

Eisenberger Real Estate, the Hannover-based asset and property manager, has acquired 14 apartment buildings in Hildesheim, northern Germany. The properties, located in the city center, feature a total of 103 units over 6,600 sqm, as well as garages and parking places. The purchase price was not disclosed. The seller is a private investor. The initial yield was around 8 percent. Eisenberger Real Estate’s portfolio includes approximately 500 properties mostly located in Hannover, Braunschweig, Wolfsburg, Salzgitter and Hildesheim.
