Tristan Fund acquires site for Wrocław office project

Tristan’s European Property Investors Special Opportunities 4 Fund has acquired, in partnership with Avestus Real Estate, land in Wrocław where it intends to develop offices. The property is ready for immediate development, with delivery scheduled for the third quarter of 2020. The class A project has already secured BREEAM Excellent pre-certification. Avestus Real Estate is the fund’s local operating partner and development manager. This will be the second investment made by Tristan and Avestus on the Polish office market. The companies previously completed the acquisition of an office park in Kraków in May 2015.
