9 May 2018. CMS Prague is pleased to announce that Libor Prokeš has been promoted to partner with effect from 1 May 2018. Libor has a broad practice with a strong focus on real estate transactional work, including property sales and acquisitions, and leasing and constructions matters. He joined CMS Prague from Wolf Theiss together with his team in May 2017.

Helen Rodwell, Managing Partner of CMS in Prague and Bratislava, comments: “This is a tremendous endorsement not only of Libor’s standing in the legal market and many years of practice and expertise but also of the strength of our real estate practice in the Czech Republic.”

The CMS Prague real estate team now counts two partners and ten other lawyers. “In his first year at the firm Libor has proven to be a great asset to the team. He and his team very smoothly integrated into the wider office team and his presence helped us to fully benefit from the opportunities that the strong real estate market is currently providing,” Lukáš Hejduk, head of the CMS Prague Real Estate team, adds.

Libor Prokeš, alongside additional three CEE-based practitioners, is included among the 47 new partners announced in CMS’ 2018 global promotions round.
