Lion’s Head Investments buys Oregon Park in Bucharest

Lion’s Head Investments bought Oregon Park in northern Bucharest from Portland Trust and Ares Management LP. The price of the deal was not disclosed. The project includes three class A office buildings. Building A and B are complete and fully leased to major international tenants like Oracle, Deloitte, Euler Hermes and Kepler Alten. Building C is currently under construction.
