Tenants, including L'Oréal Polska, are expected to move into the first office building at Browary Warszawskie later this year and in early 2019. Browary Warszawskie is going up on a 4.4 ha post-industrial site that previously housed a brewery in Warsaw. The scheme will offer 50,000 sqm of office space and will involve the revitalization of a number of historic structures as well as the construction of five new residential buildings and three new office buildings.
