We are delighted to announce that on 30 May 2018 Taxplan will merge with ASB Group, a leader in the professional advisory and business outsourcing market. Our merged firms will use the names ASB Poland Sp. z o.o. and ASB Tax Sp. z o.o. (both entities belonging to the ASB Group).

We are proud that we are teaming up with the ASB Group and we believe our competence, shared experience and the leveraged synergies between our teams will allow us to provide deeper and more comprehensive solutions for our clients. Thanks to the merger with ASB Group, Taxplan’s clients will gain access to technologically advanced solutions and a broader spectrum of advisory services, while continuing to receive individual and top-quality customer service,” said Matthew O’Shaughnessy, Managing Partner of Taxplan.

ASB Group specialises in accounting, tax advisory, transaction advisory, trust management, company formation and payroll. The Group has been present in Central and Eastern Europe since 2002 and has seen steady growth in Poland and the CEE region each year. Following the merger with Taxplan, ASB Group’s team will comprise 160 professionals. ASB’s Warsaw office in Złote Tarasy will grow to 75 people. Matthew O’Shaughnessy will become the head of the consolidated tax department.
