The 41,000 sqm complex will offer 425 accommodation units for 1,000 tourists, including 14 indoor and outdoor swimming pools, five restaurants, an amphitheater, a conference center with a capacity of 400 seats, as well as a spa and wellness center with healing mud cures (taken from the nearby lake Pomorie).
