Poland’s H1 investment volume doubles

The total investment volume in Europe topped €97bn in the first six months of the year. While the figure is 5 percent down on the last H1 turnover, it remains 42 percent up on the H1 average over the last decade, according to Savills. Investment activity in the Netherlands increased by 176 percent y-o-y in H1, while Poland’s was up 100 percent. Ireland’s investment volume hit 94 percent, and Portugal followed at 35 percent, according to Savills.
