Prices for new flats in Croatia up 4.7% in H1

The average price of new flats in Croatia increased by 4.7 percent to €1,460 per sqm in the first six months of the year, according to the national statistical office. In Zagreb, the average price was up 6.4 percent, while prices increased on average by 2.8 percent across the rest of the country. The average price for properties in the government subsidized housing program, POS, fell by 6.6 percent, according to the data.
