CBRE SEE strengthening in Southeast Europe

Having opened a new office in Belgrade, CBRE SEE has begun completing investment transactions around the region. In Podgorica, Montenegro, the agency advised Savana AB, a Swedish investor on the acquisition of the 5,100 sqm Europoint Office building. The Swedish company recently bought two properties. Mall of Montenegro and Hotel Ramada in Podgorica. CBRE also advised on the Austrian based Centrice Real Estate GmbH on the acquisition of two class A office properties in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Both deals were completed in Q3 2018. CBRE also arranged the sale of the Stekleni Dvor office complex for KD Adriatic Value Fund and for the sale of the Loma Center, and industrial property which includes 8,100 sqm of office space in Ljubljana. The buyer was a joint venture between the Slovenian company Triglav and KGAL.
